Who Can Join

Old Town Amateur Radio Club Cruisers
The OTARC
(a not for profit organization)

First off the main qualification is a Amateur Radio License Issued by the Federal Communications Commission or the Governing Body from your Country. With out this you can not use the Radio systems.

Secondly you must enjoy the camaraderie of the owners / Restorers / Cruisers of the "Rolling Automotive History" that we all enjoy. (Or why would you want to listen in or talk with us during an event?), Well, OK there will be talk about Radio as well.

How much does it cost to join? Actually, nothing at all but we do accept donations to keep the equipment running. After all there is a Repeater involved along with the connectivity to the internet that needs to be provided.

There will be name badges, maybe patches but those you would have to buy. Prices will be forthcoming as we get or organization up and running.

Stop back for more details.
